Reading the website
The site does not require an account. The supplied pages contain no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or remotely hosted fonts. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site itself.
Serving a web page necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address and request details. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs for delivery, security and operation under their own arrangements. This notice does not promise that a server keeps no logs or specify an unverified retention period.
The local worksheet
The worksheet processes text in your browser. Its script does not submit entries to a server, send an email or save the entries in cookies or localStorage. Entries and generated text remain in the current page while you use it. Your browser may independently retain form information, restore page state or manage downloads according to its settings.
Choosing “Copy text” asks your browser to place the generated text on your device’s clipboard. Other applications and device features may have access to clipboard content under their own permissions. Choosing “Download .txt” creates a text file on your device. You control how that file is stored, shared or deleted.
Email you choose to send
If you email us, your address, message and any attachments are transmitted through email services. They may be used to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence and protect against abuse. Do not send confidential plans, access codes, identity documents or personal information about neighbours.
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose or applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period is represented here. We do not sell worksheet entries or email correspondence.

Following an external reference takes you to another website with its own policies. A normal link does not load that service merely because you read this page. Your browser’s referrer and privacy settings may affect what is shared when you follow the link.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restrictions relating to personal information held about you, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Email the contact above with a clear description of your request. Reasonable identity verification may be needed before information can be disclosed or changed.
We cannot retrieve a worksheet that was never submitted, or delete copies from your clipboard, downloads folder, backups or another recipient’s device. Manage those copies using your own device and service settings.
